Faux Piped Binding Tutorial

As you will find out, if you don't already know me, I wake up very early and most of the time can't go back to sleep. So I grab my iPad and surf the web. Usually I'm looking for anything quilt related. 

On one of these nights or mornings, not sure how to categorize it, I was looking for idea's on binding. This is also when I ran into another idea that is in a prior post.
